I bought the full game. How do I get it on a new phone?

Sign in to the same Google Play or App Store account you bought it with, and install XENO // BREACH. It usually unlocks by itself when it starts. If it doesn't, open the camp's journal, tap UNLOCK FULL GAME / RESTORE, then Restore purchase. The purchase belongs to your store account, so it's free on every device signed in to it.

I bought it in a web browser

Web purchases belong to a purchase code, shown in the camp's journal after you buy. To play in another browser, open the camp's journal there, tap UNLOCK FULL GAME / RESTORE, then Restore purchase, and enter the code. Lost it? Email us from the address on your receipt and we'll find it. A web purchase doesn't unlock the phone apps, and a phone purchase doesn't unlock the web version.

Where is my progress saved?

On your device only. There are no accounts and no cloud saves, so uninstalling the app (or clearing the site's data in your browser) deletes your progress. Your purchase is never lost: restore it as above.

Refunds

Purchases in the apps go through Google or Apple, and they handle refunds: Google Play refunds · App Store refunds. For a web purchase, email us.

Controls

• Phone: left stick moves (push gently to creep), the big button attacks and becomes SEARCH / HIDE / FREE next to things. Hold to charge a weapon.
• Keyboard: WASD to move, mouse to aim, click to attack (hold to charge), Shift to creep, Space to roll, Q to swap weapons, F for the lamp, E to search, hide or free (hold).

Statistics

With SHARE STATS on, the game sends a few anonymous events and crash reports so we can fix bugs. Turn it off on the title screen or in the camp's journal. Details are in the privacy policy.
