XENO // BREACH · Privacy Policy
Effective 12 October 2026
XENO // BREACH (formerly BLOOMFALL) is a game made by Lynxed Games ("we"). This page explains what information the game handles. The short version: there are no accounts and no ads, your progress stays on your device, and the only thing we collect is optional, anonymous play statistics and crash reports, which you can switch off.
What we don't collect
- No account, name, email address, phone number or contacts.
- No location, photos, microphone or camera.
- No advertising, no advertising IDs, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- We never sell or share information for advertising.
Your save
Your progress and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes them. We never receive them.
Anonymous play statistics and crash reports
While the SHARE STATS setting is on (it is on by default), the game sends a small number of anonymous events to help us find bugs and balance the game:
- when the game opens on the web, the address it was opened from, including which page or link brought you (for example a post on lynxedgames.com);
- when the game opens, and when a run starts or ends, or a deck is cleared (with the deck, wave, difficulty and number of kills);
- when the full-game offer is shown, and whether a purchase or restore succeeded (not any payment details);
- crash reports: the error message and where in the game's code it happened;
- the platform (Android, iOS or web) and the game's version.
These are tied only to a random ID created on your device, not to you. They are processed for us by PostHog on servers in the European Union, set to discard IP addresses. We use this information only to improve the game, and keep it no longer than that needs.
To stop sharing, switch SHARE STATS off in Settings (the gear on the title screen). Nothing more is sent after that.
Purchases
The full game is a one-time purchase made through Google Play or the App Store. They handle payment; we never see your card or billing details. To confirm a purchase and restore it on a new device, the game uses RevenueCat, which receives the store's purchase receipt and a random ID for this install. See also Google's privacy policy and Apple's.
Children
XENO // BREACH is a horror game and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices and requests
You can turn statistics off at any time in the game. Because what we collect isn't linked to you, we usually can't pick out your data, but if you have a question or a request (including deletion), email us at contact@lynxedgames.com and we'll help as far as we can.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
